For this blog post I will be talking about why Celia went to become a coyote. I think that Celia went to become a coyote because there was more for her in it. If all I did was cook food for a clone I would leave when I had the chance that was safe enough. I think that Celia was scared before so she didn’t just leave but with the coyotes having so much power she could go someone else where she was treated better and could without being scared.
I think you could explain how Celia's story connects with real life situations. You could explain more about the article to connect the story. Also I think that you could explain more about Celia's story and then look more into why she did the things she did. Maybe you could also explain more about why Celia's story and the real life situation is the way that it is, and why they made these decisions.
ReplyDeleteHow does your article connect to what you are writing about? You should have made more direct connections to your blog post and the article. Also, Celia did not cook food for a clone all day. She was in El Durango working in a factory all day.
ReplyDeleteMitchell, you have connected this issue to Celia a little bit which is good. However you need to make a more direct link to real life events, for instance you could compare the motives of Celia turning to a coyote to real life illegal immigrants. Mitch you also need to recognize both sides of the issue, not only that of the illegal immigrants but also those on the other side of the "fence." When you do this Mitch your perspective on this issue will broaden greatly.
ReplyDeleteYou really need some text support! This will help clarify you story because I am a tad confused. I believe Celia was working in a factory not cooking for a clone before she came to the big house. But it was a simple mistake that can be fixed. I think you need to relate what was happening with Celia with your real life story. The reason I am saying this is because you did not mention the story you had picked. All in all you put in a really good effort but I think you could have just added a tad more!
